Provecta sends operational alerts from its monitoring platform, Praxis, by text message and automated voice call to people who opt in at https://provecta.org/sms-alerts/. For this program we collect your name, organization, mobile number, your consent (the date and the wording you agreed to) and the messages exchanged, and we use them only to send and manage these alerts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use only the cookies this site needs to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to sell or share your information for advertising or marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then not work.

Vendors that deliver our text messages and calls receive only what is needed to deliver them and may not use it for any other purpose. Our text messages and phone calls are carried by Twilio, which on calls also converts speech to text and text to speech.

Internal staff and contractors under confidentiality agreements.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
